Dont you know about todays, music that, and i mean "AHAHHHHHHHYYYYYEEEEEEE", that is music to todays teens, me being one of them, which i hate that music, i would much rather listen to pink floyd, or ACDC, and the closest pink floyd got to this song is great gig in the sky, if you know what i mean, then gratz to you for liking good music , and if you dont, just turn up that, Rapdizle like 50$

I remember the Pink Floyd album with the flashing lights on it. That was fun. Album was very good too.
I just can't remember the name without going through all my CD's.
Yes, kids of today just have no taste in real music.

I was 17 the first time i heard "Dark Side of the Moon".
Those were the 45 minutes which changed my musical tastes for ever.
I've got all the Pink Floyd albums, that's all I ever listen to. And some Jim Morrison. Psychedelia > all.
Werd.

Quit Cappin On Rappin
seems like everyone has a dis for rap music. what you don't seem to understand is that rap IS quality, you just haven't listened to any good rap. Try INDEPENDENT RAP, as opposed to the crap you see on MTV. MTV rappers wanna rap about their bling-bling, and how easy it is to pick up hos, and stuff like that...while the independent rappers that I listen to are rapping about complete other things...they sound like they're actually enjoying what they do, as opposed to making money, and they have real TALENT. By the way, comparing Pink Floyd to rappers, is like comparing Apples to Oranges, it's just not a fair comparison. Compare that new rapper to Tupac(not that there'd be any comparison), not U2.
Also, dissing rap music is just a cop out by so many older people trying to compare THEIR music to OUR music...which is crap. Music isn't owned by some 40 year old guy in his garage working on his car, saying "this is MY music." I can listen to the Beatles, then I can switch over to some Atmosphere, it doesn't matter to me...it's all about having an open mind, and open musical tastes. Don't shelter yourself.
I will admit, though, I really dislike the majority of the country music out there. There's a few songs that crack me up, which I would consider saying that I like it for that reason...it makes me laugh.
EDIT: By the way, i'm not dissing Pink Floyd, I like them too. I love so much music from so many genres, I simply could not imagine life without music. Things would be so dull

Maybe that music is about GW because it sounds like what the experience of grinding for skills would be if it were music.
I didn't like that song though. It's hard to find good post-hardcore. Try The Blueprint, they're not bad.

Yay, another third rate hardcore band that rips every extreme metal band more talented than they are. In Flames called, they want their melodies back. These guys are more metalcore than anything.
And yes, it is definitely hard to find good post hardcore.

I don't know what is more humorous. No-talent grungy American modern -core bands with their "**** you bitch, I'm a tough guy" attitude attempting to rip off the sounds of Sweden, Finland, and Norway.......or Swedish, Finnish, and Norwegian sellouts attempting to break into the ozzfest 2nd stage by copycatting no-talent american post hardcore and metalcore acts (see In Flames).
At least we all agree Rap sucks loads =D

I like Pink Floyd AND rap. How about that? Music is a personal choice, if someone doesn't like rap, it's THEIR loss, not yours. I like rap that makes me laugh, like Too Short.
